Being left handed using the Scotch ATG tool - UGH!

I have been paper crafting consistently for over 15 years at this point in my life.  (Thank you to my good friend, Karen who brought me back to it!)  Back then, I used and still use to this day the Scotch Advanced Tape Glider.  Classic pink with the see through door so you know how much tape is remaining.  I have a love/hate relationship with this tool, let me tell you!  As a lefthander, if I am not careful, I will run the tape right off the side of my paper.  It's harder for me to line up the tape so I stay on the edge.  I hope there are others that feel my pain!  I have tried using this tool in my right hand and that doesn't really work well.  I am not that coordinated to do a good job on my project.  What I do is go a little slower than I would like, and watch where I am sticking the tape.  What do you do as a left hander using this tool?  I still love it and it's my go to for adhesive for many things, I just wish there was one made for us "lefty's"!

In my real life, I was ghosted after an "in person" interview last week.  Which is a bummer, kind of, because it sounded really like a decent fit for a few things on my wish list for a new job.  It would have been the weekend part that would have been challenging for me, anyway.  I have to tell myself that to stop myself from going down the rabbit hole of not being good enough.  The right job WILL come along and it will be everything I am looking for and more.  I hope that any time now will be the day.  Looking everyday is so tiring however, that's when you catch something new that could be exciting!

Anyway, that's my update for today.  Oh, I ended up getting that facial that my good friend, Kathy helped me get.  What a great experience and definitely what I needed after two months of not working.  I truly have the greatest girl squad.  Between Karen, and Kathy, and Cheryl, and Lisa and both my Mum and Mother in Law, I am lucky and blessed to not be alone during this time of being laid off.  Each of them have played roles that I will never be able to repay back but will do my best trying.  Thank you, Ladies, if you're reading this.  Love you all.
