It's now been 3 months

Officially 3 months ago today, I was laid off from a job I loved.  This has been the longest and hardest 3 months I have had to deal with in a long time.  I didn't hear back from that company that I had the great interview last week with.  Total bummer as I really had high hopes for that position and felt I would have been a wonderful fit.  Oh well.

I had a very nice Mother's Day!  My husband and son made a wonderful Brunch for my Mother in Law, my Mum and I.  My daughter and grandbabies couldn't make it over.  They were missed but I still had a great day.  Ended the day at the movies watching the new Michael movie about Michael Jackson.  I was very impressed and left me wanting to see more.  Thank you to my husband, son and son's girlfriend for going with me.  You are the best.

I got to give my Mum and Mother in Law some things I have been creating.  A note pad holder, water bottle tag with lemonade pouch, some beaded items and a hand stitched pin I received from my good friend Karen, at Ornaments Etc by Karen on Facebook.  She does amazing work with everything she does.  I am honored to call her my friend.  She has taught me so much.

My Birthday is tomorrow.  I got to see my sista from another mother, Cheryl, on Saturday.  She brought me over some beautiful flowers for my birthday.  I also received some candles and a "Gigi" canvas bag as well as a gift card from my Mother in Law and a very nice card from my Mum who has helped me in ways I can not ever repay.  I love you all.

I'd like to craft today.  To keep my mind off of where I am 3 months later after being laid off.  My husband is home as well today, so we'll see what I can actually get done!  Have a fun day, friends!
